Which among the accolades do you aspire the most?

It's sharing time! There are a lot of accolades to merit here in Hubpages, which among them do you really want to achieve?

I like the hourglass symbol that means ...writes particularly engaging Hubs which visitors love to read from start to finish.

There is no greater accolade than having had your time and effort rewarded with someone's time and patience. Even more so if they leave a comment or mark it up, pass it on, or reward you with the gratitude of being a loyal follower.

Yup, I totally agree with you! It really feels great knowing that you somehow connect with the readers.

100K views, wish there was an accolade for over $50, $100 earnings so I can know which people are making $$$ and try to emulate them, (Hmmm - I guess that's why HP doesn't do that!

Ouch! the negative 4 dropped my hubscore from 94 to 90 - maybe I should just STFU from now on.....

Having been here less than two weeks, I haven't had time yet to aspire to any of the bigger or longer-term accolades. I've been using the ones that are within my immediate reach - answering 10 questions, raising my commenter level - as incentive to participate, rather than just hunkering down to write Hubs.

My latest goal is to get my first 10 Hubs published. I like having these accolades to spur me on in a fun way.

Until I read this question, I hadn't read a full list of the accolades described. I just read about it here (http://hubpages.com/faq/#accolades) and then picked out a bigger goal to aspire to: either HubNugget Winner or Hub of the Day Winner.

Both require you to write great content, and that cannot help but flow through to "Engaging Writer: Writes particularly engaging Hubs which visitors love to read from start to finish." I agree with The Blagsmith: Engaging Writer is a truly fulfilling accolade to receive for your writing.

For me, Hub of the Day is more difficult to achieve but more prestigious. It will be worth it to have it.

I also would like to share with you a fun hub I have made regarding accolades and what they may say about you (the hubber) http://hub.me/ad5CF

My HubNugget is the accolade that I am most proud of, and I want that Hub of the Day!

Congrats on the HubNugget! I'm hearing similar goals here. :~) What's the title of your HubNugget so I can read it, study it and use you as a role model?

Milli, it was called 'See the Book or Read the Movie First.' I got another nomination for 'Weird Foot Facts,' too, but that one got away from me. smile

Yeah, me too. I really want to have a Hub of the Day Accolade. It will be great to be read by a lot of hubbers. smile

I, too, am very proud of my hubnugget award.  And I agree that the hourglass for engaging hubs is one I'd love to have.  However, I try not to get too caught up in accolades.  Ultimately I just want to write interesting and informative hubs that people enjoy reading.

I would love to get the 100,000 views Accolade! I would also like to get the 100 Hubs Written, and a Hub of the Day as well!

I'm seeking and determined to attain the all time 1,000,000 times views accolade, that's the one that counts the most here on hubpages in my honest opinion, and the one that most people have yet to achieve since its the most challenging one of them all.

One million views is not the most challenging, and quite a few people have attained this.

I would like the 10M views accolade. I think that would be pretty awesome!

To be honest I'm after two, and using them as moving targets so I don't rest on my laurels. One is the x number of hubs accolade (presently aiming for 50 after getting 10 earlier today), and the second is the x number of page views accolade (aiming for my first 1000)!

As a new hubber, you want to have more and more accolades in your profile. So in the beginning i aspire to have any accolade in my profile. Since i have got few now i am aspiring for the one most sought after and that is the Hub of the day. I wrote many poems so that i can get that accolade. Let's see.

I aspire to increase the number of views my hubs receive so I would love to get the 100k views accolade some day. I write on mental health issues from the perspective of having first hand experience of chronic depression and also being a psychologist by profession. Sometimes, because of my depression, I am unable to work full time. Knowing that I am still reaching out to others in the mental health arena online at these times mean a lot to me. The more views I get, the more I feel I am increasing my chances of empowering individuals with mental health issues. So bring on the 100k views I say!

As still a new hubber, I will just aim for answering 10 questions and to have 10 hubs published. That is my goal for the coming 1 month and then will set a higher goal to achieve.

I also love Engaging Writer (hourglass sign) and Popular amongst readers (the black cup sign) the most. These two make me feel genuinely appreciated by my fellow hubbers and these accolades definitely play a big role in bringing me back to hubpages again and again.

I had a hub of the day but before an accolade was made for it T_T

The one im striving for is 1m views (as an achievable goal) but I am overall working on them all *says perfect elite member response of doing everything*
